Michael began his legal career in 1997. In his early years, he was very fortunate in gaining experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants. In certain cases Michael prosecuted claims on behalf of injured accident victims, and in other cases he defended the individuals and companies being sued for injuring others. For over twenty-nine (29) years, Michael has focused on accident and personal injury litigation.
His cases have ranged from minor injuries to a $1,500,000 recovery for a houseguest injured by a dog which resulted in a severe lower extremity injury; $1,500,000 recovery for the victim of a motor vehicle accident who suffered foot and ankle injuries; $1,500,000 recovery for a construction site worker who injured his lower back on the job; $1,250,000 recovery for a motorist who suffered a neck injury; and, $1,000,000 recovery for a motorcyclist who injured his arm as a result of being struck by a vehicle.
